✅ We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or expired
  • The product is significantly different from what was described

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective)
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective)
  • Change of mind or personal preference

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at nainsherb@gmail.com with subject "Return Request — [Order ID]" within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back. Return shipping is free for defective/wrong items.

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Online payments — refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders — refunded via bank transfer or UPI (you will need to provide account details)
  • Replacement — available subject to stock availability

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you may initiate a return after delivery.
